The Hotel and the team amazing. Great rooms , very good bar prices. The breakfast is the best I've seen in a long time

The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. However, the room we were assigned on the first night was quite a shock. The shower was located in the bedroom with only a single glass wall for separation. There was no sofa and only one chair in the room, as well as just one small bath towel provided. Overall, the room felt more like a closet than a proper hotel room. Given the price we paid, we expected a much more decent accommodation. The following day, I requested a different room, which we received that evening. This room was significantly better and met our expectations. That said, I believe a discount should have been offered for the first night, which unfortunately did not happen. Overall, the hotel is very clean and modern.

Amazing staff. The hotel did our laundry for free, delivered to our room in a few hours. The breakfast is fantastic. The pool and gym is decent. It’s walkable to the old town and train stations but there are also frequent buses that stop immediately adjacent to the hotel. We loved Bruges and we loved this hotel.
