"Five months in advance, I booked a large Triple room, with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and 3 large windows. The booked room had one bed separated from the other two beds by a wall, which was perfect for our party of 3 adults. When we arrived, we were told that our room is not available and we were given a very small Double room with a cot squeezed between 2 twin beds, one small window, no chairs or sofa, and almost no room for luggage of 3 adults.
