Holidays to Grindavik

Started off extremely poorly , when we arrived at the property we asked if there was availability for an upgrade to which we received a complete change in attitude from the owner who became rude and unwelcoming. We where told we would then have to wait 2 hours to be able to access the room , yet once the room was ready she left us waiting while she was sitting on her laptop. The overall experience dealing with the lady made both me and my partner feel very uncomfortable. This was a real shame as the actual apartment was fantastic. Very clean , great space and access to a lovely Spa area. only issues is the outside hot tubs have been broken for two months which we were only made aware of a few days before stay. Overall great place however Owner really let down the property. 2/5

Centralised location. Easy access to restaurants. Ease of check in and check out. Spacious.

Very easy check in, the place was sparkling clean, beautiful views and easy to find.

I liked that the check in process was very quick and easy. Instructions for check in were very clear. The washroom and room were clean. Our stay was quiet and safe.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable. We would stay her again without hesitation. Highly recommend.

Clean rooms, but walls were very thin so you can hear the neighbors very well.
