Hotel is ok … so….so , not very clean Closets have dust , I want put my clothes , I need to clean first. upper very dusted … Good area close with mall

Great hotel in a fabulous location. The one thing that lets it down is the pool area & the reason why I wouldn’t go again. The pool is far too small for the size of hotel & is also in the shade for a lot of the day. Many sunbeds were in the shade from around 1pm. Due to the limited area some sunbeds were even under the canopy of the building. The hotel also clearly prioritises weddings - we were asked to vacate our sunbeds & move away from the pool area at 3.45pm to make way for a wedding party around the pool. This happened on 2 days out of our 3. If the hotel cater for weddings this should not affect guests who are there on holiday & have paid a lot of money. The pool & pool bar could not be used on these days after 3.45pm! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel & the breakfast was wonderful, a shame but we sadly would not return. We loved Alicante, our first visit & we loved it in the Old Town.

Bar at the pool was frequently unattended and we had to keep calling inside to get someone to come out and serve us.

Stayed with a friend. Ideal location, short walk to old town. Had sea front room with balcony. Food was amazing, stayed half board Fantastic bathroom

Great stay for long weekend getaway! Location of hotel is great for sea lovers. Kilometers long white sand beach(superclean) is just 10 min walk from hotel. Hotel provided beach towels and sun umbrella for free. Hotel looks as brand new. Pool was exelent choice for leazy afternoon. And the food during breakfast and dinner time was delicious! 10 ot of 10 experience for sure!
