We were surprised to find them working late into the night. The pool is great and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and attentive. My only complaint is about hotel-arranged transportation. Every pick up or drop off at the hotel cost much higher than what we later discovered we could get if we called Grab or a tuktuk ourselves. They have a lot of amenities for guests: free breakfast, free yoga, free archery lessons, free cocktails wes and friday. the tours are half the cody from South Palms. I would go back defintely.
