The staff right from the beginning were amazing. I arrived late at night and they greated me with a big smile. The manager Cokea Cola was amazing. He meet me one time and every time he saw me he called me by my name as did a lot of staff. The hotel is centrally located and is amazing
The room service was great and the food was good. At both the buffet and room service. My room attendant was amazing. Room was always spotless.
You will not be disappointed in your stay here. Beautiful hotel but even more beautiful staff.

The cleaning staff and garden maintenance kept the property spotless. The resort needs to control people putting towels on chairs near pool and then taking off for the day. The breakfast was average for a large resort but perhaps because it was like feeding time at the zoo with people pushing in to get their food. I suggest walking 5 minutes up the road to quite a few lovely restaurants and markets or go to Bali collection as the hotel food is way overpriced. The grande double room was amazing and can not find a fault in that

From the moment you arrive, the staff never quits being impressive. The resort is gorgeous. Very tropical with hibiscus and orchids at every turn. Koi is the word as there is an endless number of ponds and water features.
The entire place is open air and you always hear the waves coming ashore. The
Beach is less than a 4 minute walk.
The food at breakfast buffet is bountiful and the service outstanding. The pools are great and there is an adults only pool separate from the larger family pool. The adult pool features a swim up bar and the service at the family pool is quick and efficient. Food service is available at both pools.
There are several restaurants on site and numerous more all around and easily accessible walkable. I recommend the seaside restaurant for dinner. You have excellent views of the beach and the dinner shows vary nightly.
The room we had was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were on the backside of the property and lacked a patio or any view.
Some word of note: watch where the tours booked via the resort desk really take you. Ours turned out to be more drive to buy stops than actual places we thought we’d see.
Overall we plan to go back even though it was 30 hours from Orlando via Manila. The place is well worth the travel.
**Note to the nicotine impaired….this is a no smoking venue for the most part. The designated smoker areas are not near the pools, the restaurant or in the rooms. There are CO and smoke detectors plus surveillance cameras.

This was my second stay at the Seaview. Beautiful rooms. Quiet and restful. Staff were all polite and courteous. Directly across the street from Boardwalk and beach. The spa was unbelievable and reasonable in price. Went twice for Traditional Massage. Restaurant had the most delicious breakfast buffet. If I go back again next year it will definitely be through Expedia and the Kuta Seaview Boutique and Spa.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Padma. There was so much to do there. The grounds and facilities are kept immaculate, the staff are so friendly and the pool and drinks were amazing. Will definitely be staying here again!

Breakfast was good but 2x traveling people's with me had a Nut and sea food allergies almost everything on the breakfast menu contained nuts not good would be so easy to remove nuts from breakfast given it cost $20 per person and they had to eat somewhere else after woulds instead of enjoying breakfast with the rest of us

The staff here are welcoming and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is plentiful. We also appreciate the convenience of the airport shuttle. Our only complaint is that the pool got closed early due to the fire dance show.
