Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex DFW Beach Holidays

Old-ish location? Checked in about 11pm after a long flight. Exhausted and just wanted to sleep. Trekked all the way up to room. But room cards not working to access room. Went to hallway phone to call front desk. Just rang for forever....no pickup (I knew there were at least 3 people there at the front desk). So, had to wheel my luggage all the way back down to front desk (this is a big hotel with different wings!). Sure enough, there were 3 people there. I told them i had called from the hall phone repeatedly. Their reaction told me it was a familiar experience/occurence for guests....they simply just opted to put me in another room, and called the maintenance tech to repair the door locks. No follow-up after that. The service just did not match with the stars and price for this location.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms are large with fabulous decor. The food was outstanding- wish we could stay longer.

Everything was perfect, I had the laziest day in the lazy river! Thank you James for helping me with my bags! Very patient, kind and helpful. I will plan to do a staycation here after school starts every year!

This is a great location with walking access to AT&T Cowboys stadium. The design of the hotel is very Las Vegas chic which we really liked. Our room had a spacious walk-in shower and large bed on the 3rd floor. The staff is very attentive and professional. The pool and surrounding courtyard is very attractive with a bar that you swim up to or on the other side just walk up for drinks. All and all, we had a great experience. Just to note you most likely will have to use the valet parking off site which is around $45.00 per night. We were there one night so the valet parking was not an issue since we saved more money by being able to walk to the stadium rather paying the parking fee for AT&T stadium which is at least $50.00 but usually much more.

Clean room. Quirky artwork. Parking is first come and for smaller vehicles. But I will stay here agin next time I’m in Dallas!!
