I must say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot in the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service that lasted throughout my entire stay. The location of the aparthotel is simply perfect. Situated in the heart of Gdansk, it offers easy access to all the major attractions, vibrant shopping areas, and delicious dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the historic Old Town or enjoy a leisurely stroll along the picturesque waterfront, everything was just a stone's throw away. The rooms at the aparthotel were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the thoughtfulness that went into the design. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The well-equipped kitchenette provided me with the convenience of preparing my own meals, which was a bonus for longer stays. The staff at the aparthotel were phenomenal. They were always available, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided me with invaluable local insights and recommendations, making my trip even more memorable. Their professionalism and genuine care for their guests truly stood out. The property is in excellent location close to Old Town and a vibrant restaurants area but still quiet. The particular apartment comprised an underground parking spot which is a must in the City Centre. The apartment was clean and comfortable but it could use some upgrade. The check-in and check-out was problem free and the staff were very helpful.

Amazing hotel! The room was very luxurious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent- there was a buffet with a ton of variety, in addition to made to order options. The location was also fantastic. Steps from the beach with complimentary chairs, blankets and even toys for kids. On rainy days there was a kids playroom and a library for adults to relax. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly kind and always willing to help. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Excellent

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the property is fabulous. Right by the water, with a wonderful view, and a short walk from the old town and many good restaurants. The only slight drawback to this type of location is that it's not the most quiet. We were unable to sleep with our window open because of the late nightlife. We found it a small price to pay for the rest of the conveniences. Would stay there again.
