Room was very noisy in the morning and I could not sleep. Work is being done in the building and I was not informed of when arriving from west coast to stay for one night. Staff was very friendly and apologetic.

We have stayed here twice. First time was a little better. Both times we got king rooms. First time we felt the room was small but totally doable. The second time our room was very small, not even enough room for two night tables. The bathroom was also very tight. The bedsheets and towels were clean the bathroom just felt dated and not super clean. Overall the hotel is fine but for the price and the fact they sell it as upscale- I don’t think we will go back.

The staff were incredibly welcoming. Front Desk and Concierge (special attn to David W.) went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience throughout our entire stay. Housekeeping and the Bellman were equally attentive. The rooms were well appointed, The linens were lovely and the pillow menu added an extra touch. We used the gym and took advantage of the pool during our stay. If you are laying over from EU as we did and awake early, great way to start your day. We would definitely recommend The Langham to friends and family.
