"This house is very well equipped for groups! Kitchen is a dream compared to other rentals we’ve had. Lots of fun. Beach is great and not too crowded even despite the heat and time of year. Second year staying here, highly recommend."

"Very nice home and very “livable”. King BR upstairs along with the “kids room” with “twin over queen” bunk and a separate full/Q bed in one bedroom. Twin bed in the loft area. Nice large bath. Main floor has king BR (we used for grandparents), great room and kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs was perfect for our young teen boy with a twin bed in the game room. A nice deck wraps around 2 sides of the house, a large screen porch with large dining table. The house is advertised as “dog friendly” (also very “kid friendly”), and it certainly is with a securely fenced yard enclosing play equipment, a very large picnic table, and a fire pit. The kitchen is very well furnished. There are plenty of toys for the preschool set and a closet of board games too. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommend. Couldn’t ask for more. The host was available, helpful, and friendly and offered suggestions for things to do, etc. The nearby beach is super for the kids. Very large sandy beach with lots of shady pine trees, a large playground with nice sturdy equipment. It’s a bit too far to easily walk to the beach, esp carrying gear, but you get a parking pass with the house for two beaches and marina."

"We had a good time staying here. Loved the sky lights and the big window, made it cheery even when it rained. Not far from Canoe Restaurant, our favorite! Not far from the old Country Store and all kinds of fun places. All the beds were great! Big! Thank you for having us."

"Has everything you need - great location on the brook and super close to the beach, kayaks, fire pit and firewood, gas grill, lots of seating areas, nice AC. Just expect it to be a bit rustic and have a few rough edges but it's a great value and we had a wonderful week."

"Our trip to Moultonborough was different than we originally planned, and we had to arrive and depart on different days. Through it all, the hosts were understanding and accommodating, checking in often to make sure we had what we needed and responding quickly when we had questions. The location is stellar - you know you're in a community, but with all the trees around the house there's a real sense of privacy. The house was well equipped, the kitchen very user-friendly, and everything was spotless on our arrival. The Association beach was easy to access and a beautiful spot to swim, play and enjoy the sun.If we travel to this region of NH again, I would love the opportunity to stay at this property again."
