Older resort but room was upgraded and clean. Checkin is 4 PM , not 3:00 which is an inconvenience; meanwhile checkout the following morning was 10 AM ; should be at least 11 or noon. To use gym or pool you have to secure a special key from front desk which I’ve never experienced anywhere else.

Our third-floor unit was exceptional—cozy, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The simple, rustic furniture perfectly captured the charm of a mountain resort lodge, and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking our meals in a fiully stocked kitchen and relaxing on the furnished patio.

Nice room, beautiful sunset view from balcony. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Only difficulty was carrying our luggage up a flight of narrow stairs to second floor. Older building with no elevator.

The staff were very nice and helpful and made the check in and out process easy. Our room was relatively clean, except for some areas with the bathroom and with the refrigerator. Overall, our stay was nice. It just needs a little more attention to detail with cleanliness.

The shower and bathroom were not cleaned prior to our arrival. The staff took care of it after I called and let them know unfortunately after I was in the shower. Housekeeping came right away to clean the whole room.
