The lower level includes a second primary suite, two additional bedrooms, full bath, and family room with patio access. The association offers 3 sandy beaches and a renovated clubhouse with heated pool, workout room, and modern kitchen near the function room. Amenities include tennis courts, basketball court, and playground. Just 5 minutes from downtown Meredith.
