The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. We had a day tour booked which was cancelled at short notice, guest manager Krzysztof arranged tickets for us and saved the day. They also surprised us with a bottle of champagne on my birthday ☺ Another shout out to Konrad at the front desk for arranging taxi's, giving us tips and advice.
