Right across beach

Not the most comfortable place to stay. The room was very hot upon check in. The AC was on but room temp showed at 30C. I called front desk. Someone came and wiggled the thermostat and said it was working. It took a full 24 hours of constantly running to get the room temp to 25.5C and although the thermostat was set at 20C, it never went below 25.5C. That is way too high for August in Mallorca. I think there might've been some central override to keep it at certain level to save on energy cost. Same thing with the mini fridge in the room. I had some medication with me that needed to be refrigerated and the mini fridge although running, was not even cold. The property pictures are misleading, as is its name, giving the impression that it is on the beach; it is not. There are 2 very small pools, more the size of dipping pools than swimming pools and the sun beds shown in property photos are in the pool area not at the beach. The nearest beach is not far, but you need to walk through a city block to get there and if you want a sun bed and shade, you have to rent it for the day. The hotel provides a beach towel, but you can only change it to a clean one 3 times a week. That means if you want to go to the beach 2 consecutive days, you have to use the dirty towel full of sand from the day before. Overall, I was not impressed at all and cannot recommend this hotel.
