I used to stay in Crimson (now Quest Plus) many times before, its staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are in good condition and comfortable. Now prices have increased substantially, it’s breakfast is of high price (Ps900/pax) comparing with limited choices, better take breakfast either downstairs or nearby restaurants.

Disappointing Service and Crowded Breakfast Experience We arrived 10 minutes before check-in time, and the lobby was already crowded. When I approached the front desk, the staff told me to wait until exactly 2 PM. They took my number and said they would call once our room was ready. While waiting, we decided to have coffee at the hotel café. We ordered coffee, fries, and their famous ensaymada. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Our coffee and fries arrived after around 30 minutes, and the ensaymada was already getting cold when it was served. Getting the bill was another frustrating experience. We had to call the servers several times, and eventually, one of them instructed me to go to the cashier to pay. What I found odd was that other tables were being handed their bills directly. After waiting at the café, we returned to the front desk, only to be told that our room still wasn’t ready. We ended up waiting another 30 minutes. Unfortunately, our room experience wasn’t much better. My husband experienced allergic rhinitis during our stay, possibly triggered by dust or allergens in the curtains or carpet. The hotel itself also felt dated, although the bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was another disappointment. It was extremely crowded and rowdy, with the queue extending all the way near the elevator.

If your traveling with suitcases it's not going to be easy to get it the property. Very difficult to locate correct entrance with ramp( several to climb ) Otherwise once you're in it's amazing location and apartment is great. I wouldn't bother with free breakfast if your coming from West.

Location was an easy walk to local restaurants and amenities. However the property was run down and the furniture and fixings very old and tired.
