Climatisation ne fonctionne pas ou très faible. Les repas dans les restaurants sont médiocres et composée des restes du buffet. Pour avoir un vrai café, il faut attendre a 9h30

The hotel rooms were cleaned everyday only one problem i had was toilet broken not flushing ,apart from this its a lovely hotel great pool and internment the food was excellent enjoyed evermeal, a little disappointed about the free minibar i assumed we would get water each day

Staff were wonderful. The rooms are clean, breakfast was great. Interior is lovely, so Moroccan. Good ambience at night as they have live music. Beach is 20 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

The property was beautiful with a nice view and charming experience! However the bungalows were not clean..the floor was dirty! And the towels were dirty! The stuff were not helpful! We asked for extra towels many times and we barley got new towels..the dinner was too expensive and not tasty at all! Breakfast was okay! But we still had good time as a family and we enjoyed the ocean the waves and the nice weather!

L’hôtel est très belle est très propre, le personnel très agréable et courtois Par conte la qualité des repas (seulement des buffets pas de resto à la carte et les boissons ont été très décevant. Nourriture froide, manque de verres et de coutelleries et qualité de la nourriture décevante. Les boissons sont limitées, et leur mix ne sont pas très bon. Bière et vin sont non par contre. Pour la plage, elle est loin de la mer qui est plutôt agité et si on veut aller se baigner il faut enjamber des déchets…

Nice food daily changed. Many swimming pools. Amazing staff. Just a little quieter off peak. Booked a room with private pool - but turned out it was a sharing pool and NOT a pool. It was shallow 30cm. So that’s wrongly advertised and beware. When checking out the reception staff accused us of stealing towel cards which was ridiculous and that ruined our experience right at the end. Apart from that it was a great trip

We opted for 1 bad room apartment and it was very dull in terms of lighting etc, sofa beds were really hard to sleep, toilet was ok but all taps and showers are full of Rust, salty water and Above all there was only one AC in whole apartment which was in lounge and bedroom was roasting hot, we all ended up sleeping in lounge (family of 4 and barely managed). Listing can be more clearer that there isn’t AC in bedroom. We booked it for 4 nights and first thing in the morning we end up getting another hotel nearby which was absolutely joy to stay there I won’t recommend with all these flaws in one apartment.
