Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was far below what I expected from a 5-star property. The room was not properly cleaned, and the towels and toilet paper were not replaced. The elevator and floors were also wet, which was both unpleasant and concerning. The management and front desk staff did not appear to be adequately trained to the standards expected of a 5-star hotel. There seemed to be a lack of organization, communication, and attention to detail. The spa was also not clean, which was especially disappointing given the level of service and cleanliness I expected from a luxury hotel. Overall, the management and service need significant improvement. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, I expected much better cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and customer service.

Value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Grounds, rooms, pool, beach ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You do get what you pay for though. The buffet food and bar drinks were fine / nothing special and quite samey and lacks superior quality for a 5* hotel. The all Inc package food and drink, is on the mass, lower end. In room amenities (shower gel/ shampoo is basic). Entertainment team personality was great and all in house (again on a budget) - special mentions to the Egyptian team who brought great energy and fabulous personalities.

아이들이랑 같이 가기에 최고입니다. 3일 동안 All inclusive라서 지갑을 들고 다닐 필요도 없어서 편했어요. 다양한 프로그램도 많았지만 러시아 손님 위주로 진행되는 점이 다소 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들은 무척 친절했어요. 방은 깨끗했고, 욕실 줄눈과 샴푸 병에 곰팡이가 조금 아쉬웠습니다.
