Central Austin All inclusive Holidays

Nice apartment with everything modern. But gaining access through their instructions was infuriating. Insteuctuons on how to access came late, then once access granted it was almost one hour after check in time. When I called, the customer service people were very nice though. When we entered the apt, the doir was unlocked, the ley fob was broken, the garbage was full. The bath/shower was semi clogged. There is a nice gym, apt building well located near ameneties (check out the HEB grocery store) and 30 mins from downton Austin. No elevators, this room up a flight of 15-20 stairs. Not recommended if you are technologically challenged as everything is done online, you need an app to open the door, which deactivates your apple wallet.

Where the property might be lacking in updates (older feeling decor, poor lighting in the bathrooms, etc) the staff more than made up. Everyone is super nice and helpful, giving great recommendations and always asking if they could make our stay better. Centrally located for quick Uber rides anywhere we wanted to go to see all Austin has to offer.

I stayed previously earlier this year and loved it besides an incident with trying to get a microwave to warm my food. I loved the hotel and dining options so much I decided to come back, but unfortunately dining fell short. Burnt toast, that you could clearly see was burned, and fish that was not “right”, the comped the items which was nice, but I came all the way to Austin to this hotel for my bday just to stay and have this one particular meal. It is a very nice hotel, love the aesthetic, but I didn’t feel satisfied after dining, so not sure if I’d eat there again.
