(337 reviews) The hotel was right near the busy shopping street, which made it perfect for us. It’s walking distance from the Galata Tower and has lots of transportation options. Food options were plentiful and if you are in Istanbul for the night life it’s one of the places to be. I stayed Wednesday through to Friday, the first night was quiet no noise from the street. But Thursday heading to the weekend was very noisy sound like a birthday party was happening under our bedroom window until 3am, so bear that in mind if you wanted a quiet stay. Also I booked the breakfast included options and the view of the city was amazing from there. All in all I would book again but mid week though. Once he understood the situation, he personally made sure we were taken care of and did his best to make our stay easier and more comfortable. For that, I truly want to thank him. I would also like to share a suggestion for improvement. If guests are looking for facilities such as swimming, spa, or other activities, it would be helpful if this information was clearly communicated in advance. This would benefit both the business and the guests. Additionally, while the manager was professional and welcoming, the rest of the staff did not seem very engaged or happy, and at times appeared lacking in hospitality skills. A bit more training in customer service and welcoming guests would make a big difference. Overall, I appreciate the effort made by the manager, Mustafa, and I hope the hotel continues to improve its service through better communication and staff training.
