I love everything about you. Only negative thing was the age of the property. I think you should start repairing the floor. They are a lot of things in the apartment which needs replacing. But overall we LOVED it.

We had a lovely stay at Lenscape Coterie! The front desk team was amazing—welcoming, helpful, and always friendly. The hotel was clean, and the warmth of everyone we encountered made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The one area that could use improvement is the service for hot breakfast orders. On our first morning, we waited about an hour and ultimately had to leave for a scheduled tour before our meals arrived. We experienced a similar delay the following morning. Although we were seated first in the smaller breakfast room, our order was taken after another table’s, and guests who arrived later received their meals before us. Our food came last, after roughly an hour. Better coordination of breakfast orders would make a big difference, especially for guests with morning plans. Despite this, we really appreciated the wonderful hospitality and cleanliness. The front desk team deserves special recognition for making our stay so welcoming!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, I was only there for a couple of days and they accommodated any requests that we made. Great location, highly recommended.

If you are looking for a hotel with great support and help from the staff this is it! This is the reason why we prefer hotels and not short-term rentals and the staff lived up to expectations. It also is a new and stylish hotel that is a little away from the crazy crowds which we loved as well! A must visit! Kevin

This is the nicest European hotel we have ever stayed in. The building is fabulous, really nicely converted with lots of thoughtful design choices. The rooms are lovely, beds super comfy, nice big fluffy towels. Great indoor spa facilities (we had a brilliant couples massage) and the outdoor pool is the perfect place to swim and relax with a cocktail. There are loads of nice places to sit and relax inside and outside. Staying here feels as comfortable as being at home. The breakfast is delicious, lots of choice and everything high quality. Room service food was great, the food in the restaurant really delicious. All of that aside though, what really makes this hotel special is the staff. We had brilliant service from the second we checked in to the moment we checked out. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and the service felt personal and attentive. We had hired an electric car, charging it was no trouble and in fact the receptionist offered to take our keys, charged the car overnight and parked the car back in the car park. We were lucky enough to be able to have a late check-out too - again this was no trouble and the team were happy to accommodate us. Don’t miss the club room - a lovely space to relax with a book (there are plenty), watch tv and enjoy a complimentary cup of tea and slice of cake. I’m hoping MS Collection expands their luxury hotels elsewhere so we can explore more places while staying in luxury!

Very spacious, well equipped apartment in the centre of the city. Easy to walk everywhere and for transport. Kitchen is huge. Has an oven, full fridge with freezer and ice cube mold. Wine glasses, dishwater, coffee maker, washing machine with drying rack, ironing board. Very clean. Windows on either end of apartment. The only bad thing is that it is located on a busy street where the tram, cars, buses pass by on cobblestone roads so it is noisy. Not so soundproof with the windows closed. Very comfortable accommodations.

We got off our cruise ship and walked to this hotel. It's only a 10-minute walk, but be aware you will be pulling your suitcases on cobblestone. It's definitely doable, but be aware. We stayed for 4 nights. This hotel exceeded our expectations!. It was very nice and the staff was always helpful! It's in a great location that is fairly flat. You don't even have to walk a block to eat at a different restaurant every night. If I come back to Lisbon, this is where I will stay!
