Very nice place to stay, close to everything and amazing views

This hotel is beautiful. Is small feels really personal. The food is delicious is not a huge buffet but everything is great quality and they have plenty of what they offered. The staff at the buffet is friendly and attentive. Is all inclusive which is a plus for us. The pools are big but unfortunately they only had one of the bars open and only one bartender in the one that was open which is a lot for one person to handle. We all want to have a drink in our hands but it takes time. Adrian at the bar was wonderful he was “overwhelmed” at times but he did it gracious , with a smile, zero complaints but we all had to wait our turns. Adrian is a wonderful employee the hotel is lucky to have him. This place is pet friendly and we came with our rescue dog he was accommodated. We will come back in a heart bit!

Overall, the staff could use a customer service refresher; we felt that only one or two people were attentive. The room we were assigned has gone far too long without maintenance, furniture that has already reached the end of its useful life. The cleanliness was poor. The surrounding areas are poorly maintained; they need to take urgent action and close for major maintenance. The only thing that lives up to the price is the food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); the drinks and cocktails are of very poor quality. We have stayed at various all-inclusive resorts in different countries around the world, but this was the first one that left us feeling disappointed.

We have stayed here twice and have really enjoyed our stay each time. The staff are very nice and helpful with any requests. I look forward to coming back again. Only one thing I would note is if you’re looking for a big night life this is a pretty quiet hotel in the evenings.
