Pakistan All inclusive Holidays

Stayed 2 days at dreamworld Resort. Biggest disappointment was Breakfast, as it was limited. Not properly cleaned dishes and utensils. Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری) Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . Day 2, call service was down for 20 hours. (2 rounds to reception, and a call to get iron delivered) Checkin is 3 pm. And takes them an hour to process sudden influx of new guests. Check out is 12 next day. But water activities start 2 pm... Good to mention (food from DHABA restaurant & room service food, quality and timed) wifi connection,

The hotel needs to invest significantly in upgrading the individual rooms, as several areas require attention. Considering the condition of the rooms, the overall experience does not justify the price charged per night. That said, all the staff members were very courteous, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was superb and definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The carpets throughout the hotel, including the Executive Floor, are very dirty and have numerous stains and spots. The bathrooms also need a complete renovation. In particular, the bathtubs feel outdated. These days, most hotels offer modern walk-in showers with glass doors, which would be a much better and more practical option. Overall, the staff and breakfast were excellent, but the hotel needs substantial investment in room and bathroom renovations to justify its current room rates.

Excellent location, helpful staff. Breakfast reasonably okay. Rooms clean but bed linen needs cleaned and updated

We were extremely happy with our stay at Mövenpick! The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful! I highly recommend this hotel!

Only bad experience was at check-in. Firstly at peak hours of around 1-2 pm they had a single staff for check-in, then another came in with bad mood.

We were extremely happy with our stay at Mövenpick! The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful! I highly recommend this hotel!

Communication online was good.Air conditioning wasn't working in the first room had to change the room.Toilet was not clean ,sheets were dirty after many attempts one clean pillow and duvet was provided.Location was good but due to lack of staff hotel looks and feels neglected.Overall won't recommend or stay again had to move out for few days during my 7 day stay.Pretty disappointed but can't complain about the staff on the door and some room service staff were good. However reception desk didn't provide things in time and forgot at times .

My stay was a disappointment. I had specifically booked a deluxe double room online, but when I checked in, they gave me a standard room. And if that wasn't enough, the breakfast was a total letdown, there weren't many options to choose from. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
