The overall condition of the property is poor. The common areas are noticeably dirty, with dust on the floors and heavily stained seats in the lobby bar. The infinity pool on the 5th floor is also dirty and appears to be lacking proper maintenance. The hotel offers limited food options, and both food and drinks are extremely expensive. Additionally, there is a significant mosquito problem throughout the property. Overall, the hotel is in need of general maintenance and upkeep.
