I arrived at the hotel early, around 8:00 a.m., after an overnight flight. The front desk staff kindly allowed me to check in early so I could rest, without any extra charge, which I truly appreciated.
The staff’s hospitality was excellent throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed.

They upgraded my room from a city view to a sea view. They failed to communicate about a dry cleaning issue. Rooms look a little old and cigarette stains really detract. The property has a few minor maintenance issues. It is close enough to the water. I will come back again.

The staff was friendly and professionally we had an issue with the thermostat and they had maintenance there to help us within 5 minutes. The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views. If I go back to Istanbul, I will stay there again.

Breakfast was minimal, room was dirty and falling apart, lightning poor, and the hotel smelt especially our room of cigarettes. The manager was an absolute 1diot but the other reception staff were good. I would not return or recommend this hotel, it is not a 4* hotel.
