They upgraded my room from a city view to a sea view. They failed to communicate about a dry cleaning issue. Rooms look a little old and cigarette stains really detract. The property has a few minor maintenance issues. It is close enough to the water. I will come back again.

Location of the hotel was brilliant. My son treated me for my 60th birthday as I loved visiting Istanbul before. So he booked it. We all had lovely rooms , my husband & I , my middle son & his wife & youngest son. Except for my eldest son he had the smallest room especially hard with a toddler. They complained to the manager & were moved to a bigger room however that was after a few days. That should not have happened. They should have been given a larger room at the beginning.

The stay was as described. The location was good, and the breakfast was a rich open‑buffet with plenty of options. Everything was good. Thanks

The staff was not particularly welcoming or helpful during stay. The spa facilities and staff were exceptionally splendid, especially Fatimah.
