We were not allowed to check in. They said Hotels.com did not send the reservation to them. The staff was great, we came in from out town for a wedding and were able to get in our room early to rest before the busy evening ahead of us. The breakfast buffet was great, fully stocked and lots of a variety of items. Our room was clean and bed was super comfortable.

staff at breakfast was frazzled, lost our order, re-took it, then delivered it wrong. It was ok food, not bad, not great. The place was under construction so there was that. Room was great - clean, new and comfortable.
