Great hotel! Breakfast was not free ($19.99 per person) but had great variety. The hotel was very well maintained, had very friendly staff & rooms were comfortable. The food & service at the onsite bar & restaurant was also very good. On the whole, the bedt place to stay in downtown Kalamazoo.

Everyone at the hotel, from front desk, to room service, to maintenence was so helpful and friendly. The restaurants are great. The rooms are spacious. Everything felt new. Housekeeping was top notch. There for 3 days for work and never had to leave the hotel. A+.
