Be honest and tell people there is no beach and no place to swim just in the pool, food was not good at all you have to pay for kids WiFi to do their homework

My room was kept clean every day, most of the staff was great, the buffet was awesome ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) my granddaughter had a pretty good time in the pool dancing with the staff and nice shows at night. The other restaurants that we had to book were ok , not what I was expecting. The only complaint the I had was the mini refrigerator to old and not keeping my drinks cold, so all the drinks that were given to us were left behind.

This was the best vacation my wife and I have taken. The hotel, staff, amenities and weather all worked to support a wonderful time. One work of awareness - Watch out for coati.

I was skeptical about booking an all inclusive resort, as we have not really done them before. I also spent a long time looking at more expensive resorts, under the view they would be much "better". For a family holiday, I cannot think of anything this hotel could do better, and I have stayed in some nice places. The food quality was very high. The buffet selection was wide but all to a high standard. The restaurants were also a high quality. The facilities were perfect. We have a 7 year old and he loved the pool and water park. The resort was very family friendly but did not feel like a kid zoo. It was friendly, relaxed and fun. Maybe the best asset of the hotel are the staff. They genuinely went out of their way to accommodate. Some suggestions - we did not upgrade to the family concierge and did not regret it. Maybe if you like even more exclusivity. We did chose a room with a hot tub. In hindsight a hot tub in 35 degree heat was silly. Next time I would like a room that was on the ground floor where you could swim up from the pool. I would highly recommend a Tulum/Cenote/Mayan ruins/snorkling trip. This review may sound very positive, but genuinely I have only good things to say. Shout out to Andres in reception who helped us out.

The smell on the beach like sewers. And the same smell on the room balcony. There drinking water not good. It’s like tap water.
