An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort Our experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort was truly exceptional, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

This was our first stay at this hotel and would like to say we did enjoy our time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was also very clean and was kept that way throughout our stay. Just to say that Iram ? who kept our room tidy done some amazing towel creations of animals. It was nice to see when people were smoking on their balcony and by the pool they were informed of the rules about not smoking and only smoke in the designated areas by the staff. It was my wife's birthday and it was nice that a little something was done in the room for her. The food in the buffet was mostly good but sometimes was a challenge for my wife to put evening meals together because she is a fussy eater. She did not have this problem in the H10 hotel we stayed in Jamaica. The restraints that we ate at were very good with good food choices. The beach was clean and tidy. The sea had lots of rocky areas but were smooth to walk on but wearing beach shoes solved the problem. There are some sandy areas as well in the sea. Good place to do some snorkelling. Just like to thank the Arely and Marlene for there help with extending our check out time and also Donny in the bowling area. Overall had a great time.

I stayed in a Golden Superior Suite, and I really liked my room & my location. I was on the third floor looking out at the Golden Pool. The Valentin Imperial property is huge, and the Golden Suites are right in the middle of all of the action. All of the pools were nice. The staff was very attentive. The restaurants were fantastic. Italian and hibachi were my favorites. I stopped at the churro cart every night after dinner. The nightly entertainment was decent. The Elvis show wasn’t great, but I’d recommend all the other shows. Overall, it was a great vacation. 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Stood here for my friends bday celebration and great looking place but due to renovations (which were not told to us) there was only 1 pool and no swim up bar. Staff was friendly but honestly took forever to get a drink either by the pool or on the beach. Food at the buffet was small and limited. Other restaurants were ok. Show with fire dancer was good. I think we had things break in our room everyday (6 days) that we were there. Lights went out, water stopped working, ac went out. When we called the front desk they said they knew and apologized but it wasn’t fixed immediately. Staff was ok, but especially Guadalupe she was awesome. Beach had kelp everywhere and pool side barely had a vibe and no music. Drinks sucked. $30 for a shot even with all inclusive. Overall nice property but wish I would’ve stayed somewhere else.
