The El Sid resort has consistently exceeded our expectations; we have been there 6 times. The cleanliness, the food, the service and the people all have been 5 star. The only negative we have ever experienced was attending their time share pitch. They offer expensive promotions for a ninety minute presentation. While the promotional program may seem like a viable trade for 90 minutes of time, it’s not! The meeting is VERY high pressure and last and minimum of 5 frustrating hours. Unless you really want to invest in a vacation plan, it is not worth it…no matter what the offer.
