Reception staff and Hotel are nice. Had a beautiful sea view. Bonfires night, the nightclub continued until midnight which kept my child awake. Had an awkward moment with Emilie Ornqvist at breakfast where she refused to allow the Chef to make an omelette - we had one for the last 5 days. We even offered to pay for this but she refused - poor customer service from this individual and was quite rude. A good Hotel let down by an individual.

Good place to stay when airport hotel is full or you want a close-by scenic view. For early flights before their breakfast opening hours, you can pre-arrange cute take-away breakfast bags.

The woman at the front desk was so kind explaining everything to me, check in was super easy, breakfast was great, and my room was SO stylish. This was probably the cutest hotel room I’ve stayed in while traveling Europe. It’s extremely close to Liseberg amusement park and Scandinavium. The tram is very close too!

The atmosphere made hotel seem as world in itself. Great pools with views and great vibes during the night session at the pools.

Brilliant hotel, super helpful and friendly staff. Food was amazing. The only fault and seriously this is the most minor thing was the vents in the bath room need a good dust. Would recommend anyone to stay here.
