L’hôtel est super bien localisé, le personnel est souriant agréable et accueillant. On a eu tout ce qu’on voulait avec des frais mais on a été bien servie. Le déjeuner trop cher, il y a plein de bon restaurants autours à 5-10 minutes de marches. (Transports tram super efficace si vous ne voulez pas marcher) Le personnel devait tout fois nous fournir l’information pour l’accès à la piscine sur le toit. L’accès à la piscine requiert une carte différente que celle de la chambre.

We really liked this place! The staff members were so helpful. The view was terrific! The breakfast buffet was yummy! The location was good. Stay here!

They are famous for their breakfast and it did not disappoint!

Stayed 3 nights as a solo traveller. The location is fantastic, next to central train and bus station. Room was fine with a comfortable bed and kettle. Great shower. Room slightly chilly and I couldn't get radiator to heat up. The breakfast was included and quality and choice of food really good Also next to an impressive shopping centre. I had an early flight and staff kindly provided a breakfast selection in reception at 5am, which was super. I had paid extra when booking, to have use of the spa facilities, which are open till 9pm. Large spa bath, sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, foot baths and loungers, plus refreshments counter. Only criticism, wet floor extremely slippery. I nearly fell and saw younger guests slip too! I was handed a robe and a couple of toiletries at check in, but didn't need them and at checkout was asked to pay for those items (unexpected!) Overall I highly rate this hotel

Hotel was well situated and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The main issue was the beds. Super soft and uncomfortable. Asked to move and they moved us into a room with two separate beds that were just as soft. Two sleepless nights!

Wonderful location with peaceful and beautiful view surrounded like a hill station. Highly recommended if someone wants to spend quality time.
