One of the best hotels We have ever stayed in!!

This was my second visit to the Royal Hotel which I was looking forward to! On arrival no recognition for it being my second visit- no welcome message or fruit etc in the room! Staff are great especially the pool team and the breakfast team! The room i had was the same as last time- I asked if I could have a late chexk out at 2pm and told no!! I still love the hotel but it could do better to recognise returning guests!

Would not recommend. Not a five star stay. Coastal setting is beautiful but this is all the hotel has to offer. The front desk staff was not helpful - we asked for help finding a place to watch the World Cup France match and have dinner and they guided us to a restaurant we had to walk to that was closed. Mold in room, garbage in bathroom broken, and phone fell off the wall into toilet.

What a pleasure to be a guest in this charming hotel. Perfect location near the tram with lots of places to eat. Our host made us so welcome. Breakfast was superb, the garden enchanting. The effort and care put into the property and your stay is apparent. Parking available- do let them know in advance if you require a space. With all the giant hotels flooding Nice, this is a restored gem. So much of the original details have been preserved and beautifully complemented with the necessary modern touches throughout the property. Bathrooms are spotless. They don't make these elegant homes anymore, so here's a great opportunity to experience the charm that helped make Nice famous. A quaint, charming and elegant hotel at an affordable price,
