The amenities on the property were great! We enjoyed the shores pool and pool bar during our stay. However, we did not enjoy the pigeons and roosters roaming everywhere or their waste all over the property. There was pigeon poop all outside our room and down the steps leading to the pool area. We were there 4 nights, and we never saw anyone clean up the mess. We also found it gross to see the pigeons walking along the tables in the beach cafe. Just seemed unsanitary to me. Other than the bird issue, we enjoyed our stay. Property was at the far end of Duval, so it’s a good 20 minute walk to get to the other end.

"Nice property within walking distance of everything. Offers limited breakfast. Very small pool. Room is nice but the air conditioner is a window unit on a side wall that blows right at the head of the bed. Very uncomfortable!"
