This hotel was awesome and so convenient for family travel. they thought about all the details when they designed these suites. The kitchenette, laundry and two bathrooms in unit made our stay so pleasant and perfect with kids. The staff was friendly and so helpful. I’m going to book another Monday when we return to Tokyo. Definitely recommend!!

The room layout was excellent and the facility/room are in great condition. We had excellent view of the Kyoto city and Kyoto tower from the room. The staff were very friendly and reminded us that it is going to rain when we are getting out in the afternoon and suggested us to take umbrella (which they provided). We had wonderful time staying at this facility.

The hotel location is excellent. The room was spacious, clean and very well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

I loved how close this was to everything! Don’t sleep on the luggage to hotel options if your swinging from hotel to hotel or even the airport!
