Always my favorite place to stay in the city ❤️❤️ the nicest staff, so comfortable, always feels like a home away from home

Great location - if you like midtown you’ll love this location. The staff was friendly, helpful, offering to send water up and helped us locate a private car to airport (which was $20 cheaper than an Uber). The room was well maintained and they replaced towels daily, great overall housekeeping. I ate at the restaurant when we arrived late one night and it was better than expected. Overall would stay again.

The room was very clean and quiet. We had an excellent stay! We had to remind staff a couple times for a request we had that didn’t get fulfilled at first, but they acted quickly and resolved it once we reminded them. Otherwise it was a great stay!

Rooms were clean and secure. I will improve the lightning because was not too clear on times when you would like to read. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially Manuel and Francisco. The continental breakfast was good. The air conditioning was perfect.

Great location. Nice clean room that had recently been refurbished. Gym was good enough and lobby was fine. Will return again.

The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC.

Great location and rooms have a beautiful view. Bedheads were dusty and sheets weren’t fitted to the bed properly meaning the mattress and quilt were exposed. Breakfast way too expensive and bar closed on Sunday and Monday, but overall a great stay. The view set the bar quite high!!

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was spotless. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, especially with luggage assistance and storage, which made our trip so much easier. The location couldn’t be better, just a short walk from Central Park and close to everything you’d want to explore. The inclusion of scooters and e‑bikes was such a fun bonus and made getting around the city an adventure. Highly recommend staying here for comfort, convenience, and great service.

The hotel itself was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were small and comfortable and so were the beds. They room was clean but could have used some updates and repairs. We had two main issues with our stay. The first was parking. The website states on-site parking which is definitely not the case. There is a public garage next to the property but was completely full with residents of the area that pay monthly and the staff there was rude. We had to drive several blocks to find an open lot as there was not any street parking and most streets people were double parked. Our other issue is that Saturday night there was an extremely large promotional party that we had no idea was happening. No notice was given to me when booking or when we arrived. There were so many people you could not even get into the lobby or from the lobby to the bar across from it. The party went until 11 pm and was extremely loud. After the event ended we were startled awake by ambulance and police sirens out front of the hotel. This wasn't just 1 or 2 cops this was dozens of police officers, multiple ambulance and a fire truck. I would like to give a better review as the hotel itself was very nice but the parking was a nightmare and should be stated correctly on the website so people know before booking. They should also tell people about large events like this as we would have chosen somewhere else to stay had we known.

Staff incredible- every single person! They are happy people. Spotless Everyone was attentive and cared. 10/10 would recommend. Would stay again!

I was there recovering from minor surgery with a nurse. The hotel took care of every request, brought me any food I could want. Even provided a shower chair (that I didn’t know I’d need) I can not talk highly enough of the staff and the service. I live in NYC, so I don’t stay in hotels here that often. This hotel is just as prestigious as you would expect!
