Filipino contacted me through what apps when I landed. When I was looking for the front door, she came out to collect me and my family. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. My family had a lovely stay for 8 nights. We were expected house keeping every 2 day. But cleaner came everyday and did amazing job. The location was excellent. Bolhao market is just 2 minutes alongside with all the good restaurant such as Conga. We also booked some tours during our stay. The apartment is only 10 minites walk to all the meeting points.

Check in was easy. Room was ready by 9:15 am. Gorgeous and quaint boutique hotel. Very personal and gentle service. Bags were brought for us across the street to the Apartments. Room was a good size and there was fresh water every day. Shower area was large and very nice. Breakfast was in an elegant room with attentive and friendly service and delicious eggs Benedict and pancakes. Highly recommend. Would stay again for sure.

They are a Michelin Start hotel and they tell you that all the time but are very snooty about it and the actions don't at all fit a Michelin Star Hotel. We drank several waters and sodas out of the hotel room fridge day 1 and they were never replaced. They never offered any help in regards to directing us differant places as we set out to see the city. Would not stay there again as they are too full of themselves but can't live up to it

We very much enjoyed the friendliness of all the staff they made you feel at home. It was very clean with a great breakfast eggs cooked to order plenty for Water all day and in your room along with coffee and location was amazing close to everything.
