Room smelled really stale and was poorly maintained with marks on a number of walls. The hotel was fully booked so could not change room. Cleaning staff came by and acknowledged the issue but all they could do was give us some fresh air spray.
The hotel was in a good location and the bedding and towels were clean. The staff were as helpful as they could be I guess.
However the room was a sad and rather neglected space, even the corridors and stairs seemed more institutional and neglected than a central city hotel. Really disappointing stay and will not be repeated.

L’hôtel est super bien localisé, le personnel est souriant agréable et accueillant. On a eu tout ce qu’on voulait avec des frais mais on a été bien servie.
Le déjeuner trop cher, il y a plein de bon restaurants autours à 5-10 minutes de marches. (Transports tram super efficace si vous ne voulez pas marcher)
Le personnel devait tout fois nous fournir l’information pour l’accès à la piscine sur le toit. L’accès à la piscine requiert une carte différente que celle de la chambre.

Hotel was well situated and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good.
The main issue was the beds. Super soft and uncomfortable. Asked to move and they moved us into a room with two separate beds that were just as soft. Two sleepless nights!

I give 5 star to the staffs they are very friendly and accommodating, the bathroom is very clean and the breakfast is excellent. On our last day we didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but they provided us a generous breakfast to take away as our flight was so early. Only the room is very plain and like an ordinary room without decorations, no hotel vibes at all. It has a good potential as the location is great. Should improve the rooms.
