The host Blanca was very attentive and most helpful. The Villa was a short bus ride from the centre and the buses were every 10 minutes. The bed and bedding were fabulous and the breakfast a delight.The secure parking was a bonus.

The Ibis Bilbao Centro is in a great location and has all the basics. I appreciated the eco-friendly focus, including a refillable glass water bottle in the room and a filtered water dispenser for hot and cold water right by the elevator. Staff were friendly. We walked from the hotel to Plaza Nueva, Guggenheim, and to the metro. There are plenty of bars, cafés, restaurants, and bakeries close by.
