The best experience ever. The staff was by far the best thing about this hotel. Anything we needed they offered to do. My wife even wanted to try a local dish not on their menu, they went to the market and prepared it specially for us. We were fine with directions to a local restaurant that served it. 10/10. Must stay here.

Excellent customer satisfaction was their main objective. Ambience sophisticated and tailored to meet the needs of creating attention to personal details that met all my needs for a perfect vacay experience. Just an all round great stay. Renovations well done.
The only need lacking was an elevator, that is a basic requirement on any property over two levels. This concern should be addressed. I have no desire to struggle with my bags up the stairs, even though the staff did not allow me to be burdened with the exercise; It is a concern that can be easily addressed.
A perfect vacation in every other sense. Incredible upgrades.
