"The staff is INCREDIBLE!! Nicest people i’ve ever met. The pools are amazing the only bad part is they close at 6. Bars/bartenders also incredible! Beach is great but the seaweed is annoying in July but they do clean it every morning. The vendors who walk up to you on the beach do get very annoying ..."

"The location was good on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. We were put on different level from our friends facing the street. We were told if we wanted a garden or pool view it would be extra. It was an adult only but everything shut down early by midnight and you couldn’t get a drink ..."

"Beautiful resort. Very friendly staff. The food was just okay and I didn’t care for the Excellence Club only had 1 location for premium alcohol was served. Also the served the same food daily in the Excellence Club lounge"

"10/10! I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was wonderful—the rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was outstanding. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely be coming back!"
