"Facility was fantastic. Food was pretty good. Service at the restaurants was pretty good. Pool area and beach was really nice. Entertainment was ok. Cuban band was great but the rest was lacking. No straws for the drinks which makes drinking the frozen drinks hard. Everyone was very friendly."

"I waited until checkout to write this because I didn’t want to spend my birthday vacation making complaints. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations. We arrived after traveling all day and found our bed was damp. The staff did change our room after we reported it, which I appreciate. ..."

"Must’ve been an off day. The room was hot when we got there after a long eight hour flight course it’s hot in Las Vegas but the AC technician fixed it within one hour very impressed sickly, the hot water in the room never got hot,It was warm water at best and sometimes cold other than that it was ..."

"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I would suggest having more employees speak more fluent english. Maybe add more activities for traveler's. The food was a little over cooked. Rooms were spacious and clean."

"First time back in a few years. Property is starting to show its age especially in the pool area with many missing pool tiles. Good was good not great for an upscale resort. Bbq stands around the resort were really good especially the ribs!"
