"This is not a 100Euro a night hotel. For my stay and the room it was quite pricey and hence bringing forth certain expectations with the price. So, you don't really expect to find white florescent warehouse lighting next to your bedstand (night security guard did find new light bulbs) neither you want to have a fight with outlets so that you can charge your phone and other electronics. And one expects certain amenities to be readily available at this price range rather than to have to ask for...
