"the management of the property was suboptimal. First of all we did not get what we booked due to the property mechanical issues. We were assigned to other "similar equivalent" property. There is no on-site services available. The answering service was not helpful. We are not rude but they are not warm either. I guess this is the mentality of a large corporation of employees."
