Beautiful view and easy access. In room dining was amazing! Beautiful hotel room and excellent service. Bartenders were the only ones that were not friendly.
Absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff was so amazing and accommodating. Smores kit was amazing! Spa was spectacular! Pool was just gorgeous and five hot tubs was so amazing. Will come back every time
Hands down the best place to stay when you’re in Beaver Creek! Great for the entire family! Super convenient for skiing, lots of dining options, and the staff were all super friendly.
Incredible, from start to finish. Upgraded to a comfy room overlooking the Plaza. The front desk staff and Hunter the valet were excellent at their jobs. Short walk to several high end restaurants and a great restaurant in the hotel. Nice little spa as well. I loved my stay overall and I would certainly return.
It’s a great place to ski in and out. It has a unique location, at the base of the mountain so it makes it very easy if you want to ski all day. The bar is awesome, the in room dinning not so much.
What a relaxing trip! Great view from the room. Friendly service. Loved the nightly s’mores at the fire. Pool and hot tubs were nice. Great trip! No issues. Would stay here again.
It was beautiful. Staff was very attentive to our needs. We loved the nightly chocolates and water. Went over and above with all delays for checking in from airport issues to transportation and construction delays.
Liked the convivence for skiing and activities. I did not like the cost of coffee in the shop and thought the diversity of the dinner menu was limited. Overall good visit.
Great hotel in a very convenient area . Gondola is right outside . Shops and restaurants right next door . Staff are great . Rooms clean and well appointed . We enjoyed the restaurant but there is room for improvement in the menue options particularly for kids .
Staff and customer service are top notch! Beautiful lobby and facilities. The only negative I would say is they charge you everyday for valet and a resort fee, lots of little extra charges at the end that you may not be anticipating. The bar was so packed that you had to wait an extremely long time to be waited on. Plan on an extra $1K for extra fees if staying for a week and you’re bringing a car.
This was my first skiing trip in over 15 years, and it was my kids' first. Since it has been so long, I wanted the skiing experience to be seamless and with little hassle. Park Hyatt Beaver Creek provided a fantastic experience. From arrival, to ski fittings/rental, ski valet, etc., everything was great. One of the most helpful and happy staff I have ever experienced. The property itself could not have been in a better place: next to the slopes, the ski school, and the village. If I could add any criticism, it would be that the room was not quite up to par with a Park Hyatt. Again, however, I would recommend this property without hesitation.
The hotel is very beautiful with spectacular view and great instructors for snowboarding and ski. The room service was great and the cleaning service at room was beyond expected plus attention to your wellbeing. No complain on staff who was very attentive.
At night they have live music and a cozy space.
For the price, food was not as expected and not a lot of options. The breakfast buffet, for me was expensive for what it offers. And options did not change.
Room service was very good and worked fine.
Food for kids where limit to hamburguer, pizza, jelly and peanut butter sandwich and chicken finger mostly. I will recommend more variety. At dinner, the food at hotel was good.
Firepits where everywhere and s'mores where often offered for the kids. If you love skiing and snowboarding this is a place for that.
My family stayed here before the Christmas weekend and had a good time. We only experienced one hiccup at check-in where once we got to our room the key would not work. Took about 30 minutes to resolve but once situated, everything was fine.
We are a family of 3 and booked a suite (Jack Scott) that met our needs. Very spacious and comfortable for everyone. There wasn’t a lot of details online about layout but it’s 1 king bed in a separate bedroom, the living area hosts a queen sleeper sofa with dining table, 2 bathrooms and separate kitchen nook. Would’ve been nice if there were instructions for the fireplace. It was a beautiful aesthetic but didn’t actually work (or we couldn’t figure it out). I also wasn’t crazy about the balcony view which faced the front of the hotel. Would’ve preferred a slope side but wasn’t a deal breaker since we weren’t in the room a lot.
The property boasted a lot of activities for guests to partake in so everyone had something to do. My family really enjoyed the fireside S’mores moment. The convenience of other surrounding events also made this a great option. Would stay here again if visiting back in the area.
Ask them if the restaurants are open or closed. Dining choice were EXTREMELY limited. And what food was available wasn’t impressive especially for the price. And. 60 dollar valet fee that was not disclosed.
