Room wasn’t ready when I got there. I have to stay 45 minutes to an hour and a half to wait for my room to get ready even though I let them know ahead of time what time I will be all right also the room is full of dust and the equipment is too old and the maintenance of the amenities. It was terrible.

Extremely disappointing experience. The front desk staff showed little willingness to help or be flexible, even though we were traveling with young children. I had to approach the desk a second time before any effort was made to assist us. I’ve stayed at many 5-star hotels around the world, and true luxury is defined by exceptional customer service—not just the property itself. To make matters worse, the staff member who escorted us to our room simply walked away after we explained we weren’t comfortable. We were also promised a partial refund, but when Expedia contacted the hotel, nothing was honored. Sadly, this experience fell far below the standards expected from a hotel of this reputation.
