"amazing that i could get my ski pass from the friendly reception and rent skis from the hotel itself and store skis in the lockers by the hotel bar. staff were amazing. it is a short walk to the ski lifts. beds were comfortable but soft and the only thing missing was an espresso machine and kettle in the room. Staff were amazing."

"The rooms definitely need renovations. The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night. The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride. The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple. Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "
