Bemötandet av personalen var professionellt och hjälpsamt, dock tyckte jag att de hjärna kunde ha varit lite mer informativa utan att man skulle ha behövt fråga, exempelvis om St.Anton-sommarkortet och kvällsbuffén. Enkelrummet var välstädat och badrummet hade hög standard. Det enda som möjligen var negativt med det var dörren till rummet invid, vilket gjorde det lyhört. Frukosten som serverades på morgnarna var bra. Det fanns många sorters bröd att välja på, mängder av pålägg, varm frukost etc. På så sätt mycket nöjd med den biten. Her oser det av luksus over alt. Rommet var stort og flott, selv det var et av de minste på hotellet. Stort bad og svært gode senger. Veldig hyggelige ansatte. Vi var der på sommeren og inkludert i prisen fikk vi 'summer card' som ga en masse gratis opplevelser, herunder gratis heiskort om man ville opp på fjellet. Frokosten var inkludert og var meget god.
