Great location & breakfast -Extremely loud though

Fair enough. Great location in the "middle" of one of the pedestrian streets running through town. But the rooms/corridors are extremely loud; you'll need earplugs to catch any sleep, especially the dumpster and delivery trucks as early as pre 6 a.m. are a complete disaster with respect to sleep. This, in combination, with rooms being fairly 80's style (which in itself is not a big problem), makes the place not defending the price tag it comes with.

Extremely welcoming!

Everyone was very warm and friendly, and really helpful with suggestions for local hiking! The room was spacious, and very comfortable. Be aware though that the front desk has limited hours! Highly recommended, and I even extended my stay...

Great service

Cosy hotel with all amenities. I had a big room with everything I needed. Good breakfast buffet and the restaurant on the hotel's first floor serves good food at affordable prices. All staff members are very friendly but the queen of the hotel is its owner. She was so hospitable, attentive to everyone and very friendly. All our requests were met with a big smile and "Of course, we can fix that". 10 out of 10 for outstanding service!

The entire hotel was immaculate. The food was excellent. The breakfast was great. The best however was the staff. They learned your names on arrival and treated you like family . I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a small personable hotel .

Hyggelig betjening og veldig sentralt

Koselig og veldig sentralt hotell i St Anton. Gangavstand til det meste. Hyggelig, serviceinnstilt betjening og deilig frokost. Tett luft inne, så måtte sove med terrassedøren på gløtt. Utested rett over veien fra rommet, så ble vekket om natten av bråk og røykelukt fra gaten.

Fint ophold

Jeg havde en fin uge på Hotel Kristall i den ene ende af gå-gaden. Bianca er super service.minded og fint værelse og fin wifi. Selve byen St. Anton er desværre knap så service-minded her om sommeren - en fjerdedel af restauranterne havde lukket med et skilt i vinduet 'Vi ses til vinter' og de fleste andre havde en eller to 'ruhetag'. Jeg kom lige fra et ophold i Seefeld, og kunne tydeligt mærke, at prisniveauet var en del højere end i Seefeld.

A very nice hotel in the center of St Anton

This is a very clean, comfortable hotel on the main street in St Anton. Not 5 star luxury, but it has everything you will need. The charming Bianca and her friendly staff will take very good csre of you. Very convenient to the slopes and shops, but it occasionaly get a bit noisy if the Brits are partying hard at night. (I was staying there Easter week.) I recommend it highly.

Hotel Kristall- Best 3 Star in St. Anton!

Hotel Kristall is a fantastic, convenient hotel in St. Anton. Short walk to everything- lifts, train, restaurants and bars. No shuttles needed. Ski storage included at base if you prefer but I’ve never used it since it’s so close to the lifts! VIP card to access some popular bars. Bianca and Bobo treat you like family in this home away from home. Rooms with bathtubs and balconies feel more like 4 star. I’ve been staying here with my family for over 20 years. Love it and will always be back!

Awesome location,

The hotel is great with a good breakfast and sauna / steam room. It is in a perfect location right by a bunch of bars and restaurants. The only downside is that you can hear street noise from the bars
