"Friendly staff. Good location and price is okay for what you get. The breakfast spread was good (loved the queso pao). I actually had a slight hick up and didn’t realize that I was supposed to check out 😂. Staff gave me enough time to quickly pack. I was also able to store my luggage at the hotel afterwards. "

"Very old, many broken thing Aron the room , lots of mould on the walls and on the pillows. My air conditioner did not work at all, it was blowing hot air, and making lots of noise, it was impossible to sleep, the AC was maybe 40 years old, I have pictures of it. The windows didn’t close properly and the room was full of mosquitoes. I asked them to change my room and they refused. I insisted and they changed my room on Tuesday at 8.00 pm few hours before I left . For the whole time I stayed there I didn’t get any sleep. The staff is very rude and they do not speak English, Italian or Spanish at all. They o ly speak their language, and they are not willing to help or trying to understand the customer need. When I checked in they gave me the room already knowing the air conditioning wasn’t working. That machine is 59 years old and there is no way they didn’t know it was not working. I had a terrible experience. "
