We enjoyed our stay. Our room had a wonderful view of the Matterhorn. After hiking and a long walk. They have amazing spa with a heated outdoor pool, indoor pools and jetted tubs. They offer a free shuttle pick you up at trian station. The room was nice and staff as well.

Beausite is the most beautiful, wonderful hotel we have ever stayed it. It was not only elegant and luxurious, but immaculately clean and impressively managed. The staff was very helpful and kind. Our room was beautiful with an incredible Matterhorn view. The breakfast buffet every morning was delicious. The Grill restaurant was so devine we enjoyed dinner there 4 times. The indoor and outdoor pools were unbelievable, what a view! We had the most incredible stay in Beausite! Highly recommended.

Very beautiful hotel right in the centre of Zermatt with everything very nearby. Well designed interior and very upgraded amnesties. Star of the hotels are all hotel staff members very helpful and understanding of every situation. Everything about the Beausite was perfect. Staff very attentive and friendly. The extras are appreciated-- the slippers, robes, ski locker room (heated for drying out gear), saunas were fabulous. One of the loveliest hotels I've ever stayed in! The view from our room was both spacious and breathtaking, the staff fantastic!! From the shuttle service to the concierge; everybody was so helpful! The breakfast was exceptional and restaurant decor perfection! The outdoor infinity tub, pool and sauna with a view were thoughtfully placed. The BEAUSiTE blew our expectations out of the water.
