Welcome to our newly updated condo with a generous 1700 sq. ft living space. 3-bedroom 3 bath + 1/2 bath condo comfortably sleeps a max of 6 guests which includes infants and toddlers. We are centrally located in the Zephyr Cove, Stateline, NV area in a private community called Lake Village, just minutes away from everything. You can't beat this location! Safe and Easy access to downtown & all outdoor activities. Casinos, Edgewood golf course, fantastic fine restaurant's, cinemas, shopping, Heavenly ski resort and did we mention a bike trail just outside our front door 5 minute bike ride, 10 minute jog or 15 minute walk to our local grocery store. Our Lake Village Community Clubhouse has a heated full size pool, tennis courts, in ground Jacuzzi, fire pit, ping pong, & ladies and men's sauna and full bathroom with showers. The 1st floor of our condo as you enter has our first room with a queen size bed with comforter and duvet, connecting full master bath tiled shower with 1 vanity sink. We have a flat screen TV with roku for anyone who has app accounts there are many to choose from for all of the movies. This floor also has a large capacity front load washer/dryer for added convenience (laundry soap starter supply included). The 2nd Master bedroom down the hall has a King size bed with large vanity and tiled shower. Also offering a flat screen tv with roku + apps for anyone who has Netflix, hulu, vudu accounts.
On the 2nd floor you will find our living area and dining area new stainless appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, glass top electric stove. Kitchen is fully equipped with, pots & pans, cookware, utensils.
Dishwasher soap, hand soap, sponge, dish detergent & 2 rolls of paper towels included. Our dining table seats 6 + with extra seats at our breakfast bar with 4 stools. Our half bath on this main floor is best known for "no waiting"! (2 rolls of tp included in each bath). The living room has a large sectional sofa. Also in our living room area is a single leather chair with small foot stool and coffee table. Living area has a 55" flat screen TV with roku. There are many apps available, and all guests are welcome to use with their own personal accounts. We have a beautifully tiled fireplace. Just off the living area is our 1st private deck with peek-a-boo views of Lake Tahoe and gorgeous sierra sunsets! Also a gas barbecue and its close proximity to the kitchen makes it convenient.
The 3rd floor of our condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, large closet, full vanity with 1 sink, fully tiled shower and a work space area/desk just in case your have some unfinished business to take care of. Down the hallway you will walk out to the very large private deck and we always like to save the best for last! We Love Lake Tahoe, and we hope you enjoy your stay. Please comparison shop, you will find this the best value.

Our home is your home, and you'll have access to our fast WiFi, Large private roof top deck, walking and biking paths. Free parking. A/C during summer months only. During summer months our guests will have full access to all amenities such as tennis, pickle ball, ping pong (hoa, BBQ's (hoa charges fee for bbq use and ping pong balls 25cents) gated playground for children, fire pit, inground Hot Tub, and large heated outdoor pool are free of charge. Please note the hours of our facilities are at the discretion of the HOA and beyond our control. 2 Max vehicles permitted. No boats or trailers
