"I picked this hotel primarily for its location in the old town district of San Sebastián. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff were all really helpful and friendly. My room’s window faced the basilica, and although the bells were noisy, the glazing on the windows completely obscured the sound. One small thing I would mention - the corridors and stairwells are very dark, so I had to watch my footing. Overall, I would recommend this hotel."

"Really helpful staff, offered welcome drinks on arrival - sadly we were too busy to drink in the hotel or use the gym (which I'd planned too), but was a lovely hotel, very clean and a welcome gift in our room. Excellent terrace with a great view of the town. Would recommend."

Could not even tell there was a busy street and a highway of sorts right outside our window. Never heard a sound. Food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and very good. "Simple, clean, and exactly what you need. Private room, shared bathrooms — nothing fancy, but everything felt well-kept and comfortable. The host was genuinely warm and welcoming throughout the stay. Great base for exploring the city. Would recommend without hesitation."

"Perfectly located with the hotel’s elevator which takes you down through the rock to the city centre. Room and facilities all top standard. We chose against breakfast purely because there are so many options nearby. Amazing spa cost €20 pp but well worth it as we pretty much had the sauna and pool to ourselves for an hour. Would recommend. "
