The jacuzzi didn’t work, the kids club is dirty and many things are broken. Mini golf not working, air condition in the room not working. The road to the hotel is pedestrianised with cobble stones, but the hotel sent a member of staff with a flatbed trolley to collect our luggage from the taxi drop-off point to the hotel. "First, address is inaccurate. If you book, please call or find a way to get the correct address because the district is missing, and that is very important to have in all China, otherwise no one knows where it is, and that area has thousands of other Inn´s spread in small streets. It´s a 3 story house turned into a guesthouse? Rooms are pretty, but not very functional. Bathroom shower flooded the entire bathroom, toilet seat broke just by touching it, strange water and ticking noises all night....

The hotel is located in a quiet side street in the middle of the ancient city just off of the major pedestrian street of Remin Road with its many eateries, shops and bars. For folks not familiar with the ancient city, the hotel may be a challenge to find. But not to worry, the hotel staff will work with you to find your destination. My wife and I highly recommend this place."
